Grace Holloway wakes up restrained in a place that isn't a hospital. A voice in her head — Edwin, the patient in the cell next to hers — tells her how to get out. Steal the sleeping guard's pistol. Find three fuses. Reach the main gate. Don't look anyone in the eye.

Whatever you see in the halls, it isn't real. Don't let it stop you.

Built from scratch. No Unity, no Godot. The whole thing runs on Elpis, a custom C++/OpenGL engine written from the ground up.

• Tactical inventory — grid-based, drag to arrange, use items on doors/gates
• Security cameras with proper line-of-sight cones (they can't see through walls)
• Three enemy types: ranged syringe-thrower, flying harasser, flying melee lunger
• Hand-written intro + ending cinematics with per-character typewriter sound
• A sanity system that drains passively and destroys you faster when you're watched
